The company is very confident that LePhone will do well in the China market, selling millions. The company also claimed that it will be a better choice compared to RIM’s Blackberry. The Specifications Display: 3.7-inch 800×480 AMOLED CPU: 1GHz Snapdragon processor Camera: 3 MP back-facing camera, and unspecified front-facing camera Misc: A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth   The Apps Of course, Lenovo is…

How to Use Multiple Gmail Accounts in One Primary Account

Having a lot of email accounts for different purposes can be a headache to maintain. If you’re a Gmail user, you can actually combine all your Gmail accounts into one. Well, not literally. What you can do is to use two features available via Gmail settings in order to make sure you can receive and send emails from your multiple Gmail accounts. Here’s how: 1. Do a Forwarding from your Other Accounts to your Primary Account You must have an account that serves as your primary one, the one that you login occasionally. Then login into your secondary or other accounts, and under Settings>Forwarding and POP/IMAP, enable "Forward a copy of incoming mail to "your primary account" and keep a copy in the Inbox. That…

XunLei Thunder KanKan Mourns for Qinghai Yushu Quake Victims

XunLei or Thunder KanKan, the famous Shenzen-based portal for TV/movie streaming and download ceased all streaming of shows today to support China’s National Mourning Day for the Qinghai Yushu quake victims. It is a good community support by Thunder Network Technology Co. Ltd., a company which has bumped into several issues with the government due to its "reputation" as the breeding ground of pirated materials.  The portal has also included programmes and shows related to the quake for viewers to watch. My deepest condolence goes to the quake victims and family as well.

So Gizmodo’s iPhone 4 is For Real After All

The much hyped about the iPhone 4 "leaked pictures" released by Gizmodo earlier this week and of course a kid two months ago, is for real after all (at least for now) unless Apple do some drastic changes to it before its release. Of course, the official letter by Apple asking for it’s return as posted by the tech blog has provided a much needed confirmation over the genuinity of the "lost phone".  To me, regardless whether the phone is for real or not, it did what  all Apple products do to the consumers – creating the "WOW" factor. [Picture from Gizmodo]   Besides, whether or not Mr Powell is going to get the sack for losing the phone is of secondary importance, the fact…

It looks like the Tablet PC competition is getting hotter. I guess it’s a new trend after the success with netbooks. While most PC manufacturers has produced Tablet PC for quite some time, it is only recently that consumer starts to show greater interest on Tablet PC, perhaps thanks to Apple’s iPad hype. Speaking to Reuters  on Toshiba’s amazing Q1 sales in the United States (50% increase since the previous quarter), Jeff Barney, GM Digital Products for Toshiba America, provided hints on Toshiba’s upcoming tablet devices. Barney mentioned two variant of new Tablet PC under development. The first one is a 10-inch Windows 7 device with two screens, and the second one is a smaller Android device that will be cheaper but customizable (Something similar…

Gmail adds ‘Drag and Drop Attachments’ Feature

Lazy of locating your files via the conventional file browsing method when doing attachment onto your mail? The Gmail team understands that and has introduced the "drag and drop attachments" features directly to your Gmail account. According to the official Gmail blog, this is a feature that unfortunately limited to Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox 3.6 users for now. However, Google does promise that they will “enable this for other browsers as soon as they support this feature”. The file dragging part may take some getting-used to, but it really makes life easy. Well, if you can’t wait for this feature to be introduced in other browsers like the "IE", then switch to Chrome or Firefox for better browsing experience.
