MeeGo-powered Nokia N9 Coming to Malaysia Next Week

Nokia’s highly anticipated MeeGo-powered Nokia N9 will be launched in Malaysia next week (13 September 2011). Nokia N9, comes with  super rich 3.9-inch 854 x 480 AMOLED display, 1GHz single-core OMAP3630 processor paired with a PowerVR SGX530 graphics core, Scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass and 8 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics.   The Nokia N9 has a very alluring user interface which will perhaps lure non-Nokia fans to switch camp. China’s Baidu Launches Android-based Baidu Yi OS

Baidu launched its Android-based mobile  operating system (OS), dubbed Baidu Yi (???), Yi actually means Easy in Chinese and based on that name, it is clear that Baidu aims to make its mobile OS easier to be used in China. Since it is build based on Google’s Android, the same core features are made available but the familiar Google apps are replaced with some of Baidu self-developed apps such as Baidu Maps,  Baidu Yue (a reader app), Baidu Shen Bian (like Google Places), and Baidu Ting (its music app). Samsung Galaxy Note with Super AMOLED HD Screen

Watch out HTC Flyer, Samsung is “attacking” with its latest Galaxy newcomer, the Samsung Galaxy Note  which comes in a new 5.3? Super AMOLED HD screen (1280×800 resolution). It is said to be the “largest, highest quality display available in any phone” thus far. It also comes with Samsung’s new Pen UX, allowing you to scribble on the Galaxy Note easier rather than depending on your “big” fingers.   The Galaxy Note is the link between the tablet and a smartphone, so it comes right in between. It comes in dual-core 1.4Ghz processor and 8MP camera plus WiFi, Bluetooth and  NFC support. The phone looks really cool and yeah, Samsung is plotting to take over the world. Haha…
