Good news HyppTV subscribers who are crazy about sports! Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has formed a pact with Astro Malaysia that will see two of Astro’s sports channels added to HyppTV’s list of sports channels. The two new channels are Astro SuperSports HD and Astro SuperSports HD 2, and they are now available on HyppTV, since 1st August 2013.
The two Astro SuperSport channels will televise selected live matches from the Barclays Premier League for seasons 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 and other sports content.
Currently, TM’s UniFi service has 580,000 subscribers, out of which 30% subscribe for paid channels or contents on HyppTV while Streamyx service has 1.6 million subscribers. The two Astro SuperSport channels will televise selected live matches from the Barclays Premier League for seasons 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 and other sports content.
The Sports Pack on HyppTV subscription starts from RM30 per month which also covers other prominent sports channels such as FOX Football Channel, FOX Football Channel on Demand, HyppSports HD, MUTV, etc.
