During my trip with Looi Chin to Kota Kinabalu last couple of days, I managed to try out Golden Screen Cinemas’ (GSC) first digital 3D hall in Sabah, which is located at Suria Sabah hypermall. We were actually rather tired after exploring the nearby islands, so we decided to check out Suria Sabah during the evening. We noted that the GSC in the shopping mall had just opened their 3D hall and we took the opportunity to watch Shrek Forever After (3D).

As you can see, there were not many people since it’s a weekday and during early evening. In fact, there were only around eight people in the hall when we watched the movie. The picture below shows the show time of movies available that day.

The sound and 3D quality are much better than MBO The Spring’s 3D Hall, perhaps because it’s still new.

You can check out more  info about the pricing here as well as the Suria Sabah GSC here.

It’s okay Carol. We’re rather rushing too, going from one place to another, plus it’s not holidays.

Will definitely go again during holidays. Hehehe…
