Posted On May 30, 2008 // Current Issues//No Comment

Bodak Jolai Felda

Oh my God! What is wrong with Malaysians nowadays. Another latest sex video scandal exposing how a 52-year-old FELDA Jelai settler having sex with a 21-year-old girl at a small shed. Their "sex acts" (the video was named as Bodak Jolai) were recorded by a third person, presumably the friend of the old man or the girl. The two were arrested on May 26 after the video clip became public and police found them. The man insists the tapes were made for his “own viewing pleasure”. This is among the few sex video being exposed to the public as there were tonnes more involving Malaysian teens that were not made known.

Well, if you’re 18 years old and above and would like to have a look at the snapshots and video clips download, go here. Note: I am not responsible for the content of the site, so enter and view at your own risk!

Tun Dr M’s voice: The Rule of Law

Posted On May 26, 2008 // Current Issues//No Comment

Was reading Dr M’s blog (www.chedet.com) this morning, and his article as cited below caught my attention. It’s true that people with power have a higher chance of "escaping" the law. Of course, most countries like Malaysia are practising "rule by law" instead of "rule of law". The difference between "rule by law" and "rule of law" is important. Under the rule "by" law, law is an instrument of the government, and the government is above the law. In contrast, under the rule "of" law, no one is above the law, not even the government. If we are to limit government caprice, rule of law requires the supremacy of law as opposed to the supremacy of the government or any political party. In the context of Malaysia of course, you will see how the concept of "rule of law" can be twisted to fulfill certain hidden agenda, mostly by political parties. Well, read Tun’s comment here: http://www.chedet.com/2008/05/rule-of-law.html

Love Thyself

You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection. - Buddha

Exabytes - The Bytes that Bite!

Exabytes

I had always wanted to own a domain name with proper web hosting after being a loyal user of free hosting services ever since 2000. After 5 years, i decided to scout around and look for reliable web hosting. I targeted Malaysia-based web hosting companies mainly due to easier transactional activity. So after Googling around and asking friends’ opinion, i was introduced to Exabytes.com, and it was my friends at Jiwang.org that mentioned how reliable their services are. I was not convinced at first so i decided to contact the sales via their chat function. And that particular moment i had with the sales person, gave me a strong impression of Exabytes in two words: Super Efficient. I mean the sales person entertained me with all my sometimes stupid questions and it was very fast, no waiting in the line or diverting you to other departments. So two days later, i registered my first domain and shared hosting (Linux Ebiz1) package with Exabytes. To tell you the truth, the price was amazingly low compared to other local web hosting packages. Well, that’s how my love affair with Exabytes began.

Of course price is just a partial reason, the main reason for my love with Exabytes is their super fast support team. Everytime i have problems with the domain or web hosting server, the support team will solve it in less than 6 hours. In fact, sometimes in less than an hour. Never have i need to wait for days before my problems or enquiries are entertained. That’s perhaps the reason why everytime my friends asked me for a reliable Malaysian web host, Exabytes will always be on my lips. Why shouldn’t i, when my experience with Exabytes has been all rosy, of course i hope their super excellent services and packages continues for years to come and i’ll continue to host this blog and my other sites with it for as long as it is still alive.

It’s 7 years of magnificent achievement for Exabytes and it’s 3 years of 200% satisfaction with Exabytes for me. Just like first love, Exabytes is really a splendid lover, it’s the bytes that bite - an everlasting bite! :)
