The Malaysian team is going up against their closest football rival Singapore on 23 July 2011 for their World Cup 2014 qualifying campaign. The first leg match will be played at Stadium Jalan Besar, Kallang, Singapore while the second leg is scheduled on 28th July 2011, to be played at Stadium Nasiona Bukit Jalil, Malaysia.
