Firefox Home for iPhone is Now Available on Apple Store

Not a full Firefox browser (Apple wouldn’t allow that), but Firefox Home, a free application, is now available for on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Firefox Home provides access to your Firefox desktop history, bookmarks and open tabs on your iPhone and iPod touch. It comes with Firefox Sync which allows users to synchronize their Firefox personalizations to the cloud. Firefox Sync is another feature which will be included in the upcoming Firefox 4.

In other words, you get to “saved” your bookmarks, browsing history and open tabs from your desktop to the cloud and retrieve it back on your iPhones or iPod touch. You can view the sites you want directly in Firefox Home, open them in Mobile Safari or share them with friends via email.

Check out the Firefox Home website for more details on how to install this app.
