So, here is a video to show you how to tweak the uTorrent settings so that you can get optimum speed. Have tried it myself and in situation when there are only 2 seeders, i still can manage to get an average speed of 30kBps with my 1mbps streamyx connection. If there are more than 10 seeders, the speed can be amazingly stable at 90kBps-120kBps.
