It was last night during family CNY reunion dinner that I suddenly got an inspiration to write one. So here goes:<\/p>\n<p><strong> After a long absense<br \/>\nAfter months of waiting<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s time for your presence<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s time for celebrating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A warm welcome<br \/>\nA how do you do<br \/>\nWords of kindness<br \/>\nAnd comfort too<\/p>\n<p>A perfect little unit<br \/>\nSo happy all in place<br \/>\nFrom old to little kids<br \/>\nShow each loving face<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a family dinner<br \/>\nDiscussions of your day<br \/>\nSaying you need not be thinner<br \/>\nMaking that frown go away<\/p>\n<p>Before going to bed<br \/>\nA goodnight is always said<\/p>\n<p>A family we&#8217;ll be<br \/>\nA family, forever will be.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Happy Chinese New Year to all!<\/p>\n<p><!--adsense#half_banner--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been a while since i last wrote a poem.
