Maxis Malaysia has added another new smartphone their list of Android packages<\/a>, the Samsung Galaxy S with SmartLife. Officially launched today (25th June 2010), you’ll enjoy a rebate of RM900 [from the price of RM2599] when you sign up for a postpaid plan and a data plan combo. About Samsung Galaxy S<\/h3>\n

The Samsung Galaxy S is powered by Android 2.1 . It also has the TouchWiz interface, making it look more like an iPhone especially with the static icon dock at the bottom of the screen. Samsung Galaxy S is also equipped with 1GHz processors on-board and navigating through its menu is very fast, which is similar to HTC Desire<\/a>. Another key feature of Samsung Galaxy is its Super AMOLED-based screen, which is better and brighter than other rivals. On top of that, you’ll get to enjoy 720p HD video recording with the phone\u2019s 5-megapixel camera too! And another feature I like is that you can use the phone as a wireless access point for laptops or tablets. Samsung Galaxy S becomes an instant MiFi device!<\/p>\n
