LATEST: Maxis has updated that the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre event is only for Maxis Corporate Customers. The device will be available at all our Maxis Centres and Maxis Exclusive Partner outlets starting from 10.00am, 27 April 2013. There will also be a customer road show event at our Maxis Centre in Gardens Mid Valley from 10.00 am onwards on 27 April 2013
Maxis sent out notifications on its launch event at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, this weekend (27 April 2013). While there’s no clear info about the packages that they are offering, Maxis is offering it at RM1,499, bundled with its RM118 monthly plan. The retail price for Samsung Galaxy S4 in Malaysia is RM2,199, but Maxis is expected to provide other options especially to its existing customers via its Maxis One Club.
DiGi has initially started the pre-order drive for the device, offering it from RM1,199 with RM148 per month DG SmartPlan. Not sure if the pre-order works but I think many tech fans are waiting to see all possible offers before making their decision. Celcom and UMobile are expected to reveal their packages within these few days as well.
