How reliable is Lazada? I visit the website but see so many complaint about them. No delivery after payment received, item received broken...do you have your own experience? Thanks
So far, I have no issues with them. My items including a 32-inch TV arrived on-time after payment was made.
Bought a Seagate HD on end-July, until today , 15th Aug , item not yet arrived. Called the customer service a week a go, they needed to check with the purchasing dept. After that, no more news. BAD Service. Should not have paid by credit card. My advice is to pay only when the product arrive.
I tried iPmart before & their service is good.
I had bad experience with them. Advertise the price very low, but always failed to deliver. Some friends ordered some items and also faced delivery problem. I read some reviews in other countries and they are just as bad. Beware!
They will try their best to avoid honoring their 14 day return policy. So be careful about any supporting documents you have to support your claim.
