Having a lot of email accounts for different purposes can be a headache to maintain. If you’re a Gmail user, you can actually combine all your Gmail accounts into one. Well, not literally. What you can do is to use two features available via Gmail settings in order to make sure you can receive and send emails from your multiple Gmail accounts. Here’s how:
You must have an account that serves as your primary one, the one that you login occasionally. Then login into your secondary or other accounts, and under Settings>Forwarding and POP/IMAP, enable "Forward a copy of incoming mail to "your primary account" and keep a copy in the Inbox. That way, all mails to your other account will be forwarded to your main account.
Now, after forwarding your other accounts, login to your Primary one and go to Settings>Accounts and Import. Find "Send Mail As". Make sure you select "Reply from the same address the message was sent to" Then click send mail from another address. A popup window will appear. Insert the name and email address of your other accounts. You will then need to verify the account by logging into the inserted email address. Done!
You can now send and receive emails from your multiple accounts from your primary account. There is no need to log in and off from one account to another. If you compose a new message, you can even select the address that you would like to use as shown below:

Anyway, nice work and explanation bro. Ur tech blog is my inspiration :-)
@Peter Glad it helps!
@Cyril Oh?? Coincidence? My friends asked me on this via email, so I just simply write out the steps. Make things easier, so that I don't have to explain over and over again. ;p
