Asus A42JR is a very good mid-entry notebook, ideal for students, home users and small businesses. The iCore3 version comes with a price tag of RM2,499 (in Malaysia) which is very reasonable and low compared to other notebooks. It also comes with 2-year global limited warranty. With the 64-bit Windows 7, this notebook allows multitasking without comprising performance and hardware heat.
