Yes, on 8:30PM local time, wherever you live on planet earth, Saturday 28 March 2009, the whole world will participate in Earth Hour 2009. All you need to do is to turn off your lights for one hour from 8.30pm-9.30pm. And for the second consecutive year, I will participate in this mega event by not only turning off the power, but also "turning off" my blog.
