Who’s Who?  I’m a tired, demoralised and defeated individual who is still laughing because you’ve got to laugh haven’t you… haven’t you? hello? Anybody?? Ok, back to serious business. My name is Chuah Kee Man (if you haven’t know me of course).  I was born in a small town called Tanah Merah, Kelantan. Brought up in a kampung from 2 years old til 6 years old. My childhood was filled with kampung lifestyle. Now rooted in Kuching, Sarawak for almost 5 years ever since graduated with a TESL degree from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Hmm…i’m lazy to write, so here are the quick facts for those who are "busy body". :)

About the Site

Web and graphic designing have always been my interest. I began web-designing since i was in Form 1 (1996), and got my first project in the same year, developing a web for a school. As for my website, it goes back to the year 1998 when i first published my own personal website, recounting some of my daily experiences. The old site still exist until now, just click here to view it. My first blog was named "Dazed n Confused" as its title for about 2 years. But soon after entering Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, i changed the blog’s title to "Complicated Simplicity". Why? Perhaps I realised that the contradictory phrase suits me better as sometimes i may appear simple to others but within that simplicity lies a lot of complicated and matured thoughts. Often, i try to make complicated things simple and try to view the world as simple as it is.

Winning a Gen2

Haha…well, i may not be famous but i sure got myself into media’s limelight when i won Grand Prize of the second round of NST Masthead Contest in 2005. Winning myself a Gen2 in July 2005. The news article is still available here.
