Due to its changed privacy policy and terms, Facebook has increased their “security features” by auto detecting your activities on Facebook. This is sent to you automatically and not manually by the team members. Hence, you can reply to the mail by claiming your innocence and get back your account. This will take about 48 hours or longer (depending on the team’s efficiency in reviewing).

How Fast Can You Get Your Account Back?

There is no definite answer to this as it all depends on how fast the Facebook team will review your inquiry. But from my experience, they always reply and it will not take longer than 5 days unless they have solid proof  that your account is really engaging in illegal activities. Your account might be permanently deleted as well.
