Talk about innovation that transcends human imagination. In Seoul South Korea scientists have been able to genetically modify four cloned beagle dogs, allowing them to glow in the dark. Through what Lee Byeong-chun, a professor at Seoul National University, calls transgenic canine’s, these puppies are able to carry fluorescent genes allowing various parts of there body to glow.

From there nails to there abdomens, these amazing animals have a light red glow to them that can be seen clearly at night. Each of the 3 dogs had florescent genes inserted into there body as an experiment to see if genes can be implanted. After this successful procedure, scientists now believe they will be able to cure more animal diseases through similar cloning.

I’m not sure about you, I don’t fancy glow-in-the-dark dogs. It can turns out rather scary at night. Haha. Anyway, watch the video below:
