I guess the debate regarding which gender is better has been haunting human for a very very long time. In a popular belief, it was said that Adam got bored and asked God to create him a companion by offering parts of his body as sacrifice. Well, if i were Adam, i would have asked for a Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 to avoid boredom, which might be a better choice . But whatever it is, i don’t think God created women simply because of Adam’s request. I think God made man (part of his experiment perhaps) and finding that His creation is in good form and are capable to lead the world, has thus decided to come up with a better creation slightly different from man, known by the English linguist as "woman". (Oh yeah, i bet the ladies are clapping their hands now!).

But then, it’s not my purpose here to tell you how God created woman, but rather pointing out what would have happened if God didn’t make a woman for man. Thus, all men were left to fend for themselves, including "butt-poking". Scary huh? Think about it….

Seriously men, think about it! For whom will we spend all our hard-earn money in a shopping mall in one day? For whom will we burn the midnight oil digging Friendster profiles? How will we become fathers? For whom will we sit outside a gynecologist’s and imagine a conspiracy theory being hatched against us? With whom will we walk in the evenings? Whenever we pass by a bakery, whom will we stop for? For whom will we shop? For what purpose would an adult man spend hours getting connected to the internet? And the questions go on. For celebrities, with whom Edison Chen would be playing his toys? For whom Dr Chua had to sacrifice his "clean record", family, positions and of course his body? And of course, companies like Victoria Secrets, Triumph, Gucci, Kotex, Playboy etc, would not have existed!

With no woman in this World, life wouldn’t be the same. Imagine living with another man in your house. Scary! We all would be gays and wonder how the human race will propagate. Perhaps, we would have found out a way to make test tube babies, but even then where would be egg come from? Gorillas? Wouldn’t that make the Human race huge and hairy? On Saturday nights, the pubs and clubs would be full of men trying to woo each other. The only advantage as I see would be we wouldn’t have to buy mock-tails, ice-cream and pop-corn to impress! Oh well, think about it.
